1. Overview

This Returns & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products and request refunds or exchanges for purchases made through Mancave PC’s website or official channels.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.

2. Products Covered

This policy applies to:

Complete PC systems

Components and accessories purchased from Mancave PC

Peripherals and non-digital products

It does not apply to:

Services (such as consulting, installation, or custom content production)

Digital products and software licenses once delivered or activated

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of custom builds and technology products, the following are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by law:

Custom-built PCs configured to your specifications, once assembly has begun

Opened processors, RAM, motherboards, graphic cards, storage devices, and similar sensitive components, unless they are confirmed to be dead-on-arrival (DOA)

Water-cooling parts that have been installed and used

Items that have been damaged as a result of misuse, incorrect installation, improper packing, or unauthorized modification

4. Defective or Damaged on Arrival

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the problem and packaging.

We may walk you through basic troubleshooting steps to confirm the issue.

If the defect or damage is confirmed:

We will repair the item, or

Replace it with an identical or equivalent product, or

Offer a refund if repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time.

If the defect clearly resulted from shipping or manufacturing, we will generally cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange collection, where possible.

5. Change of Mind (Standard Products)

For non-custom products (for example, sealed peripherals or accessories):

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The item must be:

Unused

In its original, unopened packaging

In resellable condition

You will be responsible for:

Return shipping costs, and

Any loss or damage occurring during the return transit

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm whether a refund or store credit can be issued.

6. Returns for Custom-Built PCs

Custom PCs are built to individual specifications. Because of this:

Orders for custom-built PCs cannot usually be cancelled or refunded once assembly and testing have begun.

If a custom PC develops a hardware fault under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective component in line with manufacturer rules, rather than refunding the entire system.

Any exception beyond this is at our discretion and will depend on the condition, age, and current value of the components.

7. International Orders – Duties & Taxes

For customers outside Bahrain:

Import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees are set by your local authorities. They are not refundable by Mancave PC.

If a shipment is refused, returned, or destroyed due to non-payment of duties or refusal by customs, we may not be able to issue a full refund. Any courier or customs charges will be deducted from any amount that can be refunded.

8. Refund Method & Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed using, as far as possible, the same payment method used for the original order (example: card refund, BenefitPay, or bank transfer).

Internal review and approval typically take 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Bank or payment gateway processing may take an additional 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

You will be notified by email when a refund has been issued from our side.

Attach any relevant photos or videos, especially in cases of damage or defects.

Wait for instructions from our team before sending anything back.

Please do not ship items back without prior approval, as they may not be accepted or processed correctly.
