These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mancave PC website and services, and form the basis of any sale or service contract between you and Man Cave for Computers & Peripherals (Mancave PC), CR 47753-2, based in the Kingdom of Bahrain .

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website and services immediately.

2. Our Services

We design, build, and sell:

Custom-built desktop PCs and workstations

Pre-configured systems

PC components, peripherals, and accessories

Related services, including testing, installation, configuration, and content creation

Product details, specifications, and pricing are listed on the relevant product pages or provided in a formal quotation.

3. Eligibility

To place an order through our website, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country), and

Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to place orders or access certain features. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

All activities carried out under your account

If we believe your account is being misused, we may suspend or close it.

5. Product Information & Availability

We aim to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. However:

Images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the final build (for example, due to component revisions or lighting).

In rare cases, a component may be out of stock or discontinued after you place an order. If this happens, we will contact you to offer an equivalent or better alternative, or a refund if no alternative is acceptable.

6. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise specified.

For orders delivered within Bahrain, prices may be inclusive of VAT where applicable and will be indicated accordingly.

For international customers, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These charges are your responsibility and are set by your local authorities.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, once your order is confirmed and paid, the agreed price for that order will not change.

7. Ordering & Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website or accepting a quotation constitutes an offer to purchase.

We will confirm acceptance by email or electronic confirmation. At that point, a binding contract is formed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where payment is not completed, fraud is suspected, stock is unavailable, or there is a clear pricing or listing error.

9. Custom-Built PCs

For custom systems:

Work on your build, including ordering allocated components, may start as soon as payment is confirmed.

Once assembly and procurement begin, cancellation may not be possible, or may incur fees to cover costs already committed.

Estimated build and testing times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on component availability, complexity, and workload.

Performance expectations (such as FPS, benchmarks, or workload handling) are estimates based on typical configurations and use cases.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Local Delivery (Bahrain):

We offer delivery within Bahrain using our own logistics or third-party couriers.

Estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout or communicated when the order is confirmed.

International Delivery:

We ship to selected countries using trusted couriers.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather, or courier operations.

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees charged in your country. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Once a shipment is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to you, but we will support you in filing claims with the courier in case of loss or damage in transit.

11. Inspection on Delivery

We recommend that you:

Inspect the package upon delivery.

Report any visible damage to the courier immediately and note it on the delivery receipt if possible.

Contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos if any item arrives damaged or non-functional.

12. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As a general rule, custom-built PCs and special-order components are non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defect or dead-on-arrival, as described in the Returns & Refund Policy.

13. Warranty

Most components include a manufacturer warranty, the duration of which depends on the brand and product type.

Our systems are assembled and tested to ensure stability and performance, but warranties do not cover:

Damage caused by incorrect handling, drops, or accidents

Damage from overclocking or using the system beyond recommended limits

Liquid damage from user installation or modification of cooling parts

Damage from external factors such as unstable power, surges, or improper cleaning

14. Use of the Website

You agree not to:
