01 — The Loop
An AIO is a part
you buy. A loop is
a part you make.
Sealed coolers arrive finished. A custom loop arrives as raw tube, fittings and blocks, and becomes a cooling system only once someone has measured, heated and formed every run against the hardware it has to clear. There is no kit for this build. There is no second attempt on a bad bend — it gets cut off and started again.
Bending
Tube is heated and formed over a mandrel so the wall keeps its section through the radius instead of kinking or thinning. Runs are measured against installed hardware, never off a diagram, then cut square and chamfered so every fitting seats clean on the O-ring.
Routing
Passthrough fittings take the loop through the chassis rather than around the edge of it. Loop order is planned before the first bend so flow is sensible, service points stay reachable, and the interior reads as one continuous line instead of a collection of parts.
Commissioning
The assembled loop is leak-tested dry before coolant goes anywhere near live hardware. Then it is flushed, filled, bled of air, and the finished machine is held under sustained CPU and GPU load while temperature, voltage and pump speed are watched and signed off.

The 8.8-inch internal display is not decoration. Package temperature, core voltage and pump speed sit on the glass, so the loop can be read at a glance without opening software or a side panel. If flow ever drops, you see it before the machine does anything about it.
